- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They turn their phones off at 3:50 instead of 4:00 when they are supposed to and close at 4:30pm, so if you missed a call or have something urgent they F$&@ you.October 22, 2017by Christopher
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪In person, they're decent. However, I don't believe in the countless number of times that I've called (for different reasons) that I have EVER had someone answer; I ALWAYS have to leave a message...frustrating. Then they call back at an inconvenient time and it becomes a BS game of phone-tag with my health. (Unfortunately, my job is not such that I can always be at my phone.) I even left a note with their after-hours assistant to have my appt rescheduled -- that never transpired. That aside, Dr. Hartke is nice, good bedside manners. My only gripe is that he didn't fully disclose all of the potential issues that may arise post-vasectomy...I found those on Google, then couldn't reach him to discuss (see previous para.).September 30, 2017by idio tactix
