- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have two sons ages 6 & 9. They both see Dr. Hedges whom we love. Dr. Hedges nurse is wonderful as well. Our issues are with the front desk staff. Terrible They are rude and condescending every single time I call or go into the office. I have actually asked a few of them if they are ok because they are so blatantly rude. Wait times on the phone for an appointment are usually 15-20 minutes. I don't have that kind of time to spend on the phone just listening to the music. Sorry.December 09, 2016by Melissa Edwards
